I could not believe how smooth the transfer went from start to finish! A few issues came up since my old ASUS with the first update of windows 10, was not compatible with my new laptop, but Dennis just kept working his magic informing me through the open chat.

Would have appreciated the Windows version comparability test upfront rather than starting the transfer and then having it stop because of windows version differences. Was transferring from a hard drive I pulled from a dead computer using a hard drive docking station to new computer. Make certain all of the newest security updates are installed and the latest Windows update is all installed. Frustrating to need to restart the transfer program several times until the program accepted the new version of Windows.

Once that is done, if your new computer is preloaded with MS trial version stuff go ahead and take that all off (trial office 365, etc.) Depending on your situation your mouse may get sluggish or respond weirdly.
